1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing a digital product from D&M BEST SERVICES LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use the product.

2. Digital Products

D&M Contractor Pricing & Estimating Pro™ is a digitally delivered Excel-based business tool.

No physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment, the customer receives electronic access to the purchased digital files.

3. Product Purpose

The product is designed to provide a structured framework for contractor pricing, estimating, cost analysis, customer estimates, invoices, and related business calculations.

The product does not provide universal market prices and does not guarantee a particular profit, margin, business result, or financial outcome.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their own labor rates, material costs, subcontractor costs, equipment costs, overhead, taxes, permits, business expenses, pricing assumptions, and other inputs.

4. Business and Professional Disclaimer

The product is a business-pricing and estimating tool.

It is not tax, legal, accounting, engineering, construction licensing, insurance, or other professional advice.

Customers are responsible for determining and complying with the laws, regulations, licensing requirements, permits, taxes, contracts, and other requirements applicable to their business and location.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying the information entered into the system and reviewing the resulting calculations before using them for business decisions or customer transactions.

D&M BEST SERVICES LLC is not responsible for results caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or customized customer inputs.

6. Modifications

The workbook is editable and customizable.

Customers may modify business information, pricing, rates, settings, Price Book information, estimates, and other operational information for their own business.

Customers should maintain a backup copy of the original workbook before making substantial modifications.

7. Intellectual Property

The original workbook, formulas, structure, documentation, guides, written content, graphics, and other materials remain the property of D&M BEST SERVICES LLC unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of the product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Technical support relating to the original product files may be requested through:

Support does not include creating estimates for customers, determining a customer's business pricing, or providing legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or licensing advice.

9. Changes to These Terms
