D&M Contractor Pricing & Estimating Pro™ is a digitally delivered product.

No physical product is shipped.

Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, and retained electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital files have been made available to the customer, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Technical Problems

If the customer experiences a problem accessing the original purchased files, the customer should contact:

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve technical problems involving the original product files.

Customer Modifications

D&M BEST SERVICES LLC is not responsible for problems or results caused by customer modifications to:

- Formulas
- Calculations
- Workbook structure
- Settings
- Pricing assumptions
- Price Book information
- Other customized content

Customers are responsible for maintaining a backup copy of the original workbook.
