License & Use Terms

1. License

The purchase grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive license to use the product for their own business or authorized business operations.

2. Permitted Use

The purchaser may:

- Enter their own company information.
- Customize business settings.
- Maintain their own Price Book.
- Enter their own labor rates and costs.
- Create estimates and invoices.
- Customize operational information for their business.

3. Prohibited Use

The purchaser may not:

- Resell the original workbook.
- Redistribute the original workbook.
- Share the original files publicly.
- Sublicense the product.
- Upload the product to a public download site.
- Sell the workbook or its substantially similar original structure as another template.
- Represent the D&M product as their own original software or template.

4. Customization

The product is intentionally editable.

Customers are responsible for the results produced after modifying formulas, calculations, settings, structure, or other components of the workbook.

5. Intellectual Property

The original workbook, formulas, structure, documentation, guides, written materials, and associated commercial materials remain the intellectual property of D&M BEST SERVICES LLC.

6. No Guaranteed Results

The license does not guarantee any particular revenue, profit, margin, customer result, or business outcome.
